About
I am a Software Engineer by profession and a lifelong tinkerer by nature.
This website is a place for me to document what I’m learning, the projects I’m working on, and the ideas I find worth sharing. While the content here is often technical, my focus is directed by the roles that matter most to me—as a Muslim, a husband, and a father. These values are the foundation of my life and the motivation behind everything I do, whether I’m solving a complex professional problem or a small technical one at home.
How I Think Link to heading
My interest in technology goes beyond just writing code. I enjoy understanding how systems, processes, and ideas work. Whether it’s a codebase, a technical workflow, or a daily routine, I like finding ways to make things more useful, efficient, or resilient.
I’ve found that the best way to truly understand something is to try and explain it to someone else. By documenting my process here, I’m able to sharpen my own thinking while offering a small piece of the puzzle to anyone else on a similar path. I don’t claim to have the definitive answer to every problem; I simply share what I’ve found to be true and useful in my own experience.
My Writing Process Link to heading
I value the “thinking” and the “doing,” but I find the overhead of preparing my thoughts for public consumption to be a bit of a chore. To help me organize my ideas and move past the friction of a blank page, I use AI as a collaborator for drafting and editing.
While AI helps with the structure and polish, I am the conductor of everything published here. I direct the research, refine every draft, and stand by the final words as my own. This approach allows me to focus on the ideas and the technical accuracy rather than the mechanics of writing for others.
